The LM2576T-ADJ is a monolithic integrated switch-mode step-down (buck) voltage regulator, designed for easy implementation in power supply designs. Capable of delivering up to 3A output current, it offers excellent line and load regulation with fixed output options (3.3V, 5V, 12V, 15V) and an adjustable version ranging from 1.23V to 37V.
With a 52 kHz internal oscillator, in-built thermal shutdown, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and high efficiency, this regulator significantly reduces heat dissipation—often eliminating the need for bulky heatsinks. It simplifies power design with minimal external components and supports a variety of standard inductors from popular manufacturers.
